Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy
Please note: this document applies to the Aybuke app from its release on the App Store and may be updated before then.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
In short
- Only upload photos you're allowed to use, and only edit people who have agreed to it. For children, their parent or guardian must agree.
- No sexual content or nudity, no "undressing" edits, and nothing sexual or suggestive involving anyone under 18. Ever.
- No bullying, humiliating or body-shaming edits, and no deep fakes meant to deceive.
- Keep AI labels intact, and say that content is AI-made when the law or a platform requires it.
- Don't try to get around our safety filters or abuse free credits.
- Report problems in the app or by email. If we restrict your account, you can appeal and a human will review it.
1. About this policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Use. It applies to everything you submit to Aybuke (photos, masks, prompts and reports) and to everything you create with it, including how you share or publish your results. It also explains how we moderate content, how you can report problems and how you can appeal our decisions.
In this policy, "content" means both what you submit (inputs) and what Aybuke creates for you (outputs).
Aybuke is designed with teen users in mind. These rules are there to keep everyone safe, especially young people.
2. Our principles
- Consent: people decide how their own image is used.
- Kindness: Aybuke is for creativity, not for hurting or shaming anyone.
- Honesty: AI-made content must not be passed off as real when that could mislead people.
- Safety: protecting children and young people comes first.
- Respect for the law and for others' rights.
3. Prohibited content and uses
You must not use Aybuke to create, upload, edit or share any of the following.
Sexual content and nudity
- Sexual content or nudity of any kind, including sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images and pornography.
- "Nudify" or "undressing" edits, meaning edits that remove or change someone's clothing to show them naked or in underwear, or any other attempt to create intimate images of a real person.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including creating, sharing or threatening to share intimate images of someone without their consent (for example "revenge porn" or sextortion).
Minors: zero tolerance
- Sexualised or suggestive edits or images of anyone under 18, whether the image is real or AI-generated, and anything that depicts minors in a sexual way or places them in a sexual context.
- Content that endangers, exploits or grooms children.
We have zero tolerance for this. We block such content, close the account, preserve the related information as the law requires, and report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities, such as NCMEC in the United States, where the law requires it.
Other people's photos and consent
- Uploading or editing photos of other people without their consent. If a child is shown, you need the consent of their parent or guardian.
- This applies especially to minors. Never upload or edit photos of other young people, such as classmates or friends, without their permission.
- Uploading or editing photos taken secretly or in private situations, such as in changing rooms or bathrooms.
Bullying, humiliation and body-shaming
- Bullying or humiliating edits, for example making someone look ugly, injured, ill, arrested or drunk, putting them in embarrassing or degrading situations, or creating images to mock them.
- Body-altering edits intended to shame or deceive, such as changing someone's body shape, weight, skin colour or facial features to mock or shame them, or to mislead others (for example fake before-and-after results for diets, cosmetics or treatments).
Aybuke doesn't offer body-reshaping or skin-lightening features. Using Magic Edit or any other feature to make body-altering edits that shame or deceive is not allowed.
Deep fakes, deception and impersonation
- Deep fakes intended to deceive, meaning realistic fake images of real people, events or places used for fake news, fraud, scams, impersonation, blackmail or election manipulation.
- Impersonating real people or organisations, including public figures, brands and authorities.
Hate, harassment and threats
- Content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
- Harassment, intimidation, doxxing (publishing someone's private information) or threats of violence.
Violence, extremism and self-harm
- Content that promotes, glorifies or supports terrorism or violent extremism, or graphic violence intended to shock or incite.
- Content that promotes, encourages or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
Illegal goods and activities
- Content that facilitates illegal activities, such as selling weapons, drugs or other regulated goods, fraud or scams.
- Forged or fake documents, IDs, banknotes, certificates or receipts, or images designed to deceive authorities or businesses.
Intellectual property and personality rights
- Uploading content you don't have the right to use, or using results in a way that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
- Using someone's name, image or likeness without their permission, especially for commercial purposes.
4. AI labels, watermarks and disclosure
- Every image you export that was created or edited with AI includes machine-readable provenance metadata (the IPTC "Digital Source Type" field), and AI providers may add invisible watermarks such as SynthID. Don't remove, alter or forge these labels or watermarks, with Aybuke or any other tool, to deceive anyone about how an image was made.
- Don't present AI-generated or AI-manipulated images of real people or events as authentic where that could mislead.
- Disclose AI-generated or AI-manipulated content when you publish it, wherever the law or platform rules require it. Examples are deep fakes under Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act and the AI labels on Instagram and TikTok.
5. Protecting the Service
You must not:
- try to get around our safety filters, for example with "jailbreak" prompts, coded language, deliberate misspellings or by splitting a prohibited request into several parts;
- abuse free credits, for example by creating multiple accounts, resetting the app or your device to get extra free credits, or using automation (free credits are counted per App Store download, so this doesn't add any);
- access the Service by automated means (such as bots, scripts or scrapers) or through anything other than the app, or reverse engineer the app or our servers, except where the law expressly allows it;
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Service or to credits;
- overload, disrupt or attack our systems, or deliberately exceed rate limits; or
- use the Service or its outputs to build or train a competing AI model or dataset.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@buaze.com instead of exploiting it.
6. How we moderate content
We use several layers of safety measures:
- Prompt filters in the app and on our servers block requests for nudity or sexual content, "undressing" or nudification, sexual content involving minors, and revealing clothing such as swimwear or underwear. For photo edits they also block requests to reshape a face or body, change skin tone, retouch skin or rate someone's looks, and edits that mock or degrade someone. Every Magic Edit also tells the AI to keep faces, body shapes, skin tone, skin texture and age as they are.
- Provider safety settings make the AI models refuse unsafe content.
- An automated output check scans every result for nudity or sexual content before it's delivered.
- Safe-by-design features: our templates are designed to preserve identity, we don't offer templates based on celebrities or real people, and we don't offer body-reshaping or skin-lightening features.
- Reports from users are reviewed by a human.
Automated filters aren't perfect. They can block harmless requests and miss harmful ones. Blocked or failed generations are never charged.
When our servers' filters block 3 of your requests or results within 24 hours, cloud AI pauses for 24 hours for your account and your App Store download (or, without a verified download, your network address). After 3 pauses within 30 days, we switch cloud AI off for that download until we've reviewed it. On-device features keep working. You can appeal a pause or a switch-off (section 9).
We don't store your inputs, and results are deleted from the cloud within an hour, so we don't routinely look at your creations. Human review happens when content is reported to us or when you appeal a decision.
7. Enforcement
If you break this policy, we may, depending on how serious the violation is and how often it happens:
- block the request or the result;
- warn you;
- remove your access to certain features, for example cloud AI features;
- suspend your account temporarily;
- delete your account; and
- report illegal content, and preserve related information for the competent authorities, where the law requires or allows it.
We act proportionately and consider how serious the violation is, whether it was intentional and whether it has happened before. For the most serious violations, such as anything involving the sexual exploitation of children or non-consensual intimate imagery, we may close accounts immediately and without warning.
When we restrict your account, we'll tell you, where possible in the app, what we've done and why (including which rule applies), whether automated means were used, and how to appeal. We won't do this where the law prevents it or where it would undermine safety or an investigation.
8. Reporting content and getting help
Report an image in the app
On a result, open the menu and choose Report this image. Select a reason and, if you like, add details. Reports help us review misuse and improve our filters. We keep reports for up to 12 months, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Report by email
To report illegal content, misuse of Aybuke that affects you (for example a fake or humiliating image of you), or an infringement of your rights, email hello@buaze.com with:
- a description of the content and why you believe it's illegal or breaks this policy;
- any information that helps us identify it, such as screenshots, the date and time, the template used or where it was published;
- your name and email address (you can report child sexual abuse material without giving your name); and
- a statement that the information in your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We'll confirm that we received your report, handle it promptly and carefully, and tell you what we decided.
Content published elsewhere
Aybuke has no public profiles or feeds, and we don't host your creations. If an image made with Aybuke has been published on another platform, please also report it to that platform, because we can't remove it there.
Getting help
- If you're being bullied or someone has used your photo to hurt you, tell a trusted adult and report it to us and to the platform where it appears.
- If you're under 18 and a nude or sexual image of you is being shared, or you're worried it might be, NCMEC's Take It Down service can help: takeitdown.ncmec.org.
- If you're 18 or over and intimate images of you are being shared without your consent, StopNCII.org can help.
- To report child sexual abuse material, contact your local police or a hotline such as NCMEC's CyberTipline. In Türkiye, you can also use İhbar Web.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
9. Appeals
If you think we've blocked a request, restricted your account or rejected your report by mistake, email hello@buaze.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. Please include:
- what happened and when;
- the message you saw in the app, if any; and
- why you think our decision was wrong.
You can appeal within 6 months of our decision. A human, not only an automated system, will review your appeal, and we'll tell you the outcome and the reasons without undue delay. If we got it wrong, we'll reverse the decision and restore your access.
Appealing doesn't affect your right to go to court or to contact a competent authority.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to respond to new risks, changes to the Service or changes in the law. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
